As a foundation for the therapy sessions, I use Psychosynthesis. A successful and compassionate method. I have an integrative approach and also work with other forms of therapy, such as… CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion focused therapy (CFT) and sometimes Guided Affective Imagery (GAI), Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness.

With warmth and respect, I want to meet you where you are and adapt the therapy to the needs you have right now. My role is to support, listen, and help you discover your own strengths. In addition to our conversations, methods such as meditation, visualization, art/painting, Gestalt therapy, and guided imagery may become relevant, or we may work with behavioral exercises and explore cognitive distortions.

During therapy, we explore together what is happening here and now, what lies ahead, and what has happened earlier in your life. We look at the things that prevent you from feeling well, empowered, and connected to a sense of meaning in life. We strive to help you reach what you long for and ensure that your needs are met.

Perhaps you carry pain and grief from different periods of your life — something that may benefit from being brought into awareness. Consciously or unconsciously, these experiences influence our choices and actions in life. Therapy helps make the unconscious conscious and visible.

How does that work?
Call or email me, and we'll schedule a time for an initial no-obligation meeting. This gives you an opportunity to see if you'd like to continue with therapy sessions with me. Many studies show that regardless of the therapy method, trust in the therapist is the most important factor for the success of therapy. If you choose to continue, we will together create a plan for how often and for how long we will meet. I offer 50-minute sessions online or in Marbella right now.
